The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was well-appointed with gates and included feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast was extensive and the parking was onsite. Location: the hotel was close enough to Bangladesh partly for tourism, the airport and a neighbouring office building👌😀

The breakfast spread at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre was absolutely amazing. I tried so many delicious items and they were all fantastic. The atmosphere of the dining area was also really nice. I want to give a special shout-out to Bipu, who served us at our table and made sure we had a great experience.

The ambience felt really quiet and the service was great. The staff were helpful and excellent co-operating and took care of me.

Although the restaurant was a bit pricey, the quality of the food was decent. The location was convenient, with easy access to Old Dhaka via Uber or a CNG rickshaw. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, making me feel right at home. From the moment I was greeted at the airport to being quickly checked in by Raquib, the service was top-notch. Taj and Tabassum took the time to interact and ensure I had everything I needed, while Mim and Bipu provided exceptional service in the café and restaurant. Aslam, my cleaner, consistently went above and beyond to ensure my room was in excellent condition. I challenge anyone to find a more comfortable hotel in Dhaka with such a professional and genuine staff.

My thanksgiving experience at the hotel was amazing. the complimentary welcome drink and dessert upon arrival were unexpected but very much appreciated. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city as it was situated near many popular attractions. the rooftop swimming pool provided a great escape from the busy city life.

Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The rooftop swimming pool was spectacular and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. The room was equipped with a luxurious bathroom and plush bedding. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all very courteous and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.
